On youtube videos are reduced in quality when being viewed to conserve bandwidth where possible, but adding &fmt=18 to the end will usually increase the audio quality and give slightly better video, though you might not hear it unless you have decent speakers. Adding &fmt=6 better video and slightly better audio. So for music add &fmt=18
