In this case the solution is probably being turned into plasma. Maybe you should have paid attention in thermodynamics.

One problem I see is the water bottle. It's sitting upright and there's no way the carb can suck the water out of it. These carbs have to be gravity fed. Pull the tube out of the bottle almost all the way then turn the bottle upside down, gravity feed. I don't see how any water got in the fuel bowl unless you turned the bottle up and let it fill up.
I have not seen any problem with this, Water is coming out from overflow outlet after few minutes, Its gravity fed, initially tube is filled with water then we allowed it to drain for few seconds to remove air from pipe.
I really wanna give you the benefit of the doubt because you seem to be pretty good with the electronics side of things but there's no way that is gravity feeding with the way the bottle is setup. You're then using HVDC plasma in place of "regular" ignition voltage to split the water and burn the gases almost instantaneously? Very well done great work!! Sounds like if you would choke the engine more it would run continuously, or use bigger idle and mains

Cut of a socket extension female end so you can hold it with a drill, than put a fitting socket on at and use that to turn the engine instead the kick starter!
your right about the air cleaner .I worked on a motorcycle when I was younger ,I pulled the carb off and cleaned it and when I tried it, it would not stay running until I put the air cleaner on and it then ran perfect so it will help some i'm sure.Also it might help to raise the needle that goes into the main jet that is on the slide .I believe sr1 said he had to jet his a couple thousandths bigger also.

Think Hz people, as in cycles per second. Standard house-current is only 60Hz. Look at the bulbs reaction time to catch the spark. Clearly its off. Timing must be key in these circuits for acceleration.
