I would like to think that being a good guitarist is not all about how fast you can play.

NO ONE can extract that much soul from blues as Hendrix did. And that's why he is god in guitarists' world.

Besides god Hendrix, I will rank Paul over Bucket. I like the way he pursuing guitar playing like a kid, by always trying to find a new way to play it, not to mention his fantastic skills.

Paul and Buckethead left hands identical technique so a matter of tone and effects they differ. Both are better than Slash, and Slash smokes Hendrix. Not fair to rate Jimmy with any of them since he died so young and never got a chance to progress to their level.
