Episode 7 was confusing, am I right to say that there is no ''definite'' answer so far, and that any and all conclusions to this tale are solely based on interpretation and there are many possible conclusions? Maybe Beatrice might have a questionable existence, but the chronological order of stuff that happened in the story one after another confuses me, what about Bernkastel and Lamb? Were they ''not real'' as well? Was all that dimension crap just a delusion? I almost cried reading all these.

And remember - do not confuse the normal world with the meta one. That's the very basis for you to understand that the two of them cannot be merged, cannot be confused. To put it simply: the meta world exists outside of the box, and outside of the fragments. While the normal world (the one where the action takes place) is still within the box, is just a "fragment".

Yes, fragments are alternate dimensions, endless possibilities of the existing world. We could say that those fragments are basically the 6th dimension, while the meta world exists outside of the dimensions themselves, or in the 9th dimension. The catbox refers to the events that took place during the family gathering and there are (almost) infinite possibilities of what happened then - that's true. I have yet to read the 8th episode, so I'd rather not jump to conclusions now.

In episode 6, Kanon was killed by Shannon, possibly a duel to see who Yasu will want to be with, Jessica as a friend (Kanon never did develop well in love so maybe that's because Yasu is really a girl? or is just bisexual...) or taking George as a lover, since Battler wasn't there for her..This reminds me of that movie, "Identity" where one personality kills the other multiple personalities so er,,, yeah?

@SeagullsEatBones Shannon and Kanon are not personnalities. We are not sure for Kanon exactly, ep7 is not really clear and ep8 doesn't help , and for Shannon, "personnality" is a word that doesn't work at all. If anything, Shannon is Yasu's imaginary friend.

@JoshMirie I think since "Shannon" and "Kanon" are apart of Yasu it's safe to say Yasu might not look like either of them, in fact I think Yasu might even look similar to Lion and so like Lion it would be difficult to tell Yasu's sex. Shannon gives her feelings to YasuBeatrice, take the blonde hair that Battler likes and love him in my place. I think it mentions that Yasu is under developed so they could lie about her/his age as well. Just a few thoughts.

@freedafandom Yasu is supposed to look like Beatrice-2, according to the servants in the story itself. So even if Lion's sprite is "made by bernkastel", Yasu is supposed to look like Beatrice-2 anyway, it's canon.

The main theory about the fact that yasu is underdevelopped is that falling from the cliff destroyed his/her genitals, and then he have hormone problems.

The problem is that Lion's sex shouldn't be hard to know if this was true.

The main thing is that Yasu is still "a child" an kept his/her innocence. And because of this, among other things, she don't understand at all what her actions could cause and what is bad. Which is why a lot of people are thinking that she is insane. Not really,

When I was thinking that the culprit HAD to be Kanon, and that everything matched, and that there weren't any important misteries... @Deitiy666 If NSAOut runs fine, but the extracted arc folder doesn't show up in the directory, it's most likely stored in your user directory. The easiest thing to do is search your drive for the "arc" folder after running the program.

@Trollkastel Well it looks like it didn't really do anything. Just clicked it and flashed the window for a just a second so I don't think it worked. I did it in the Fullscrn foloder like I did with Episode 6.

When I did it with Episode 6 the arc folder appeared in the fulscrn folder, but it's not doing it for Umineko. This is what I'm having trouble with, but where would it most likely appear at if it's doing it the way you said? :/

This isn't Bern's. Bernkastel's image song is called Shouzensetsu. There is also a BGM of it in EP6. The Instumental Version called 'Aoi Chou (Blue Butterfly)'
