believe it or not I couldn't get into Chrono Trigger, I guess dying on that queen in the beginning just annoyed me since I took so long wondering around the Town event, I hope to get into this game one day I loved FFX!

Oh, there are so many great tunes in this game, I'd find it impossible to choose among them.

For me, this is definitely one of the best Soundtracks ever made!

This is especially impressive since it uses so damn dated hardware.

Hope there will be high quality, orchestral remixes some day by the creators. So far, these exist only for a few songs from the game...

one thing i like about games like this is that bosses can be as huge and unrealisticly monsterous as your imagination could fathom, because all you're doing is aiming skills at a target. if it was freeroam (Kingdom Hearts for example), an enemy like the ones we see in these games need special requirements to be done in order, so instead of just hacking and slashing at one big mass of "bossness", you fight peices. besides, huge bosses look better in turn-based games

Yes! Frog is super RAW! Especially when he splits that giant rock blocking Magus's fortress. And Magus was a crazy beast! And I'm glad Chrono Trigger had a place this high up.

MAN I miss playing this game! This was such an amazing game. There just COULDN'T be a top 100 VGM list without the Magus theme or the Lavos theme or even the Frog theme. An amazing soundtrack for an amazing game. I'd call this game the best game made by square enix (and that's saying something).

Oh yeah! The Lavos theme is total epicness! And, Magus' theme is one of my favorite. It really fits his character, I feel. And, as for Frog, well, no piece of music from this game is better than his theme. So, I've said it before, and I'll say it again,

Hmmm...I would recommend that (if and when) you redo this list, try check out themes from Legend of Dragoon, Power Rangers (SNES), Gundam Wing (SNES), Castlevania Order of Ecclesia, Megaman X-X8 (all have some sweet themes), Shinobi themes, more Sonic?...just a thought

Time of World Revolution (Lavos theme 2) is, for my money, the most epic music on here. Kinda bummed that it doesn't play through the fight with Lavos core, but still, glad it gets mentioning. And Magus' theme is just pure win. Still gives me chills.
