*as Quoth, the Raven* Yes, I know you want one of those for Hogswatch, but the sheer mechanics are mind boggling! All I want, mind you, is a lovely big eyeball.
As Quoth the raven explained... Hogswatch is a slow time for him... but hast hogswatch when all those little boys and girls either forget to feed there new gerbils and hamsters or decide to look inside to see what makes them work he gets real busy.
In the book though Him and his trusty stead Qouth. Are the ones who first bring Death's odd behavior to Susan's attention. They do a lot to try and goad her into action and generaly act the roles of side kicks
haha that was such a great movie..mini-series...thing. this was one of my kinda favorite scenes (Aside from all the ones with Teatime in them). xD too cute.
this all happened when death became human, and since he reaped all things, when he became human, the animals began to take on the powers of death, and when death became well...,death again, the mouse death didn't want to go back to a normal rat soo...he kept his powers, and death lost a bit of his jurisdiction!
Wait, never mind, dont spoil it for me. I'm reading my way through the Discworld novels right now. Once I'm done with the Rincewind series im starting the Death ones.
I wouldn't read them in any particular order if I were you SirCragius, just alternate, Witches, Death, Watch, Moist Von Lipwig, Rincewind, just willy nilly. Some of the standalone ones without those characters are good too, Small Gods, Monstrous Regiment, The Truth, etc.
aww, they even gave him whiskers! Never would've thought a dead being (that somehow still walks around :P) could be cute...but Death's a very nice guy too, so it really isn't strange, is it...? :P
It isn't a dead being, it's an anthromorphic personification of the death of all rats everywhere. And Death is nothing without life, so of course he's a good guy. Bit malnourished, but a nice guy.
i own a death of rats plush.
heeeee'sss ssoooo cutttee:)

Reaper Man. Very good book, well they all are.
