He says they're at the Statler (hotel?), so maybe it's not Cornell's fault. But it is too bad--it's a job listening to it, partly because he wanders as he talks. But well worth the effort. Critics say he isn't funny anymore. But not only IS he funny, he's very interesting to listen to. Thanks, Mr. Cleese!

Cleese, as always, is wonderful. But how on earth can a top university like Cornell not get a microphone to work properly?!

it does seem to be very common. Many of Christopher Hitchens debates and talks have these problems too. It's not difficult - I know because I've done it. - It's baffling because it's a TALK....... You'd think that the SOUND would be uppermost in their minds.....
