actually in eskrima u may train with a stick but its not needed the moves can still be performed without it in fact 1 part of eskrima is hand to hand combat
damn. mad props, pare. salamat sa yung supporta, this is a dying sport man. keep it up. where im from aint no one has even heard of kali/eskrima. very few of the white folk know it. classes are almost empty. i never had patience to learn it. i tried to learn as much as i can from my uncle. he was trained by his great uncle (who was paranoid the japanese would someday return..)
Wow, maybe you should try some other sport. Mannn you couldnt even hit me with those stick and I could even take them both out from your hands and whip it back at you....lol
i see martial arts has taught u little about respect. I accept your challenge you fool, i will be in the Philippines in October Luneta park. you disrespect me and my teachers, i f u need a lesson sooner you can visit my bahad zubu brother in bulacan they are open to stickfight anytime and are well known for dominating there opponents.
its called training keyboard warriors! ive done it for real and would gladly do it again esp with any of you haters. I support all practitioners who have respect for all styles and wish to progress and not ignorant close minded trolls!
I totally agree with you! Great job showing some of your training methods. I am a die heart Aikidoka but absolutely love Kali/Eskrima/Arnis de Mano. The two arts complement each other vary well with especially the foot work, movement of the entire body (not just the arms like most people who dont know any better think) and the jointlocks, traps and throws. Keep it up dude!
Nice video! I've read that Kali is certainly a very formidable Martial Art and I can't wait to begin practice. Not too kean on the music here, though! lol.

I enjoyed this video very much. It is always important to add variety and experimentation to your training.
