Did you hear all the Canadian net providers are applying to the goverment to jack up the cost of internet and using Netflix as one of the main reasons...You see using Netflix is taking up a hell of bandwidth to stream to ur Pc..So there after two options either jack up everyones bill or change the billing system, now you may get charged by how much bandwidth you use so either way netflix 8 dollar deal will end up costing you a hell of alought more...look into before you get nailed

Blockbuster has real online customer service that answers within 24 hours. BB has new releases 28 days before NR or redbox. BB rents online games. You can trade mail movies and games, for instore ones. BB trades scratched diskst right away at your neartest BB. With the right device you can stream new movies with BB. As a NF subscriber I can fairly say that BB outshines NF. I keep NF for convenience, there are no new movies on NF, and the TV shows are segmented. Why R people happy accepting crap?

all i did was download it. I just got a one month free thing right now debating on if should go with it. Like the anime choices but will they have more i don't know how it works. Do they have video games cause the ones on ps3 store is kind seperated.

for netflix i really prefer xbox it loads them faster and it actually looks better but for 100% hd i use my ps3 for bluerays

i own ps3 and 360....xbox's layout for netflix is much easier to use, didn't have to request a disc by mail.

@gregorygomes1 I'll never understand why people are now settling for less (with Netflix). There is no unlimited streaming.. it's all older movies on their streaming service. And their mail delivery is 3 times as slow as blockbusters. It's been taking up to a week to get my NF movies lately and I'm told it's because I'm a regular customer. Yes I subscribe to Netflix and Blockbuster so I can say for sure how many better options Blockbuster has over NF.

That sucks that if you want to watch Netflix you have to insert the disc...In the xbox 360 you dont need to insert any disc to watch movies...and yes i do own a 360 but selling to get a ps3 slim....PS3 ROCKZ!!!! it only does everything YEAH!!

Yes...kind of sucks when you have 2 PS3s in the house you will need to get 2 discs as it does not install but still great. You may want to also plug your PS3 right into your router if it is slow with the built in wi-fi. I have DSL with no upnp so had to get a ethernet switch to allow more cables to run into the router but that was cheap.

Now a useful tip...check out the new PSN movies then cue them up in your Netflix DVD cue online while you wait and watch the streaming movies.

They do, but you have to search for them. When you get discs in the mail they show newer movies but online they try and rent you the crappy ones. Streaming movies are not the greatest quality or selection most of the time.

Just got my disc yesterday also. I do have 360 in which i use netflix too. I have noticed on the PS3 when you stream older movies. From the 80's id say. They quality is poor, and the sound is a bit off.
