The song was recorded on 1994 but performed on 2008 -- what kind of voice would stay strong than long,, 14 years past before it was performed but the voice was present for 18 years during this performance -- the most beautiful voice but the most fragile one.
I still think that this is one of the best perfromances that she has had in a long time! I so wish that she makes more material like this and that she can release more songs in the near future! I wish that she would create a new Christmas Album so that I can go out and buy something worthy for a change!^^
I watched this Grammy Nomination Concert and I must say Mariah had the biggest voice that night. When she was performing you hear vocals ringing out aloud. Compare her vocals to those of the other female acts that graced that stage that very night. No one had that much of a voice.
Mariah looked great and sounded great. Reminds me of her Daydream era. She is confident and has great stage presence and I prefer when she sings and not sing-and-dance. She is more natural to her roots that way.
She did a great job on the song. Love the 60's go go dancers and yes I love hearing the song not seeing a dance performance cause she is a singer after all. if she was dancing then you know it was sung to a track and NOT the actual performance

I have the HD TV file, the audio is perfect. She sounds very good, only little defects here and here but nothing bad. This strong performance is really unexpected.
The best thing about Mariah is that..she lost a big % of her voice due to constant high notes, hardwork and bad nodules....but still she can hit those high notes and let people hear it....unlike celine who performed in that night just delivered a safe performance....with her well preserve voice for me she was boring,no chills at all....
