No, it's not what he seems. He didn't ask anythign until after being told to leave. What you see is a special chance they gave him to ask ONE question in 30 seconds before taking him outside to explain all the parts of the Student Code of Conduct he had already vioalated.
Those "questions" he shouted and refused to let Kerry answer had NOTHING to do with it. He was kicked out for cutting line, shoving, cussing, etc. Then arrested for fighting instead of leaving.

Meyer had no right to be there after they told him to leave for breaking forum rules. It was his choice to refuse to leave, which was illegal, and to resist the police trying to escort him out. He ignored 6 warnings they would arrest him, and 6 more they would tase him if he didn't stop resisting.
And I will never stop telling people how he was convicted, and the police cleared, and the ACLU admitted his rights weren't violated.

Hmm, for me as a european this looks quite drastic.
