I believe that this was also during the extended instrumental section of Surrounded. At least, in Minneapolis, they ended the song 'now at last I'm blind' and then they had a big instrumental section and then this thing that James did and then they ended it with the outtro. So, my best guess is that it's during the extended instrumental of Surrounded.
