The sizzling sound is due to the studio audio being played at the gig, and picked up by other microphones again, and then being broadcast, and the audio being recorded again by what appears to be a VCR, and then being compressed to fit the YouTube audio specs. The audio is definitely the studio recording, you can pick out little details in the performance that match perfectly with it, which would not be the case with any other performance.
