Jamie Lloyd from parts 4, 5, and 6. She is Michael's niece. She wore the clown costume for halloween as well...not the same one, but identical. The original from 1963 would have probably been in police custody. He's after her because he feels the need to slaughter his whole family. And she kills because they share a telepathic link. They held hands at the end of part 4, at the mine shaft.
