GTR2 and its sons is a simulation for the layman. Its not as real as you could get, but its real enough so that it SELLS. Thats the point.

For more realistic games; Live For Speed, rFactor and NetKar.

gtr is the most realist game overall, not because of the graphics. It doesn't feel like other games, races feel a little more long and boring but freakin realistic, driving errors hurt you badly and you just hope not making too much of them... you're more cautious than in other games. But as i said it is not very beautiful at all, it's more "business-like" if you will. Grid is much more arcadey and has very attractive graphics. nfs i tried only a few times, it was pretty but i don't know more.

Nothing of them, number 1 is: GRAN TURISMO 5 Prologue = Best graphics, Best sound, Very realisitc...and there will be the possibilty to damage the cars in future ;-)

best sound? i think i can make a toaster sound better than gt5p! and realistic? the feel is all wrong and the cars are too smooth and the tracks feel like glass. BTW have fun bouncing everywhere with THE WORSE RACIN GAME EVER!
