When I first did this, I had the red exclamation too,

See, what I did wrong was, at the MMS Prozy, at the very end where it is :8080 , before the numbers it is a colon ( : ) , not a period ( . ) , I mistaked this cause its very hard to tell.

What you wanna do is:

1:open up cydia

2.go to were you can add sources

3. Add Cydia.pushfix.info (the c in cydia MUST be capitalized)

4.once it's added go to the source and go to were it says tmobile etc..

5.download it and reboot ur device and should work I just did it rite now and I now can recieve/send pics on my unlocked iPhone 3g 3.1.3 hope this helps :)
