I grew up right down the block from El Nopal. I remember as a kid, my parents would come home with the fresh bread. I fell in love with “las conchas” and never stopped eating them. What’s even amazing is that 20 years later, my daughter loves them as well. When I see her little face eating her concha with milk brings back memories. Amazing how some family traditions never fade. Thank you for posting this.

The food here is absolutely AMAZING! I highly recommend El Nopal. I is, literally, THE BEST BAKERY I've ever bought from!
