I'm just a fiddler, and I've never really heard the original Ashokan Farewell, but it sounded to me like you were changing tempos a lot. ^^; I do enjoy hearing personal customization of songs though.
Maybe I'll record my version and post it later. ;)
I love your vibrato! A good vibrato is hard to find up here because everyone else transfered over from violin=Bleh.
