Behind the Music is a troublesome program, especially with bands who have long histories (Styx, REO, Journey); the episodes seemingly need to either encourage reunions or further encourage animosity...

I had the opportunity to sing back up with Mr. DeYoung (with my choir) when he toured through Indy and South Bend.. He's a REALLY interesting guy. A little wacky but he's humble. Or at least he was with me.

I watched the VH1 show for the first time since it came out in 2000/01. I do think VH1 played up the band's ego clashes at the expense of music.
