this car sounds really good my dad has a 192 how much for the exhaust and intake ?
and if anyone can help me with this the rx8 has a beeper wen you get to the redline is it possible to take the beeper out because i have watched a few jdm videos and they don't beep when they get to the redline is it possible to take it out or disconnect it ?
its just the rev limiter, wherever theres an aftermarket garage, just tell them to take it out so you dont limit anymore. and please be careful when they do, watch your revs!
@lilpattman that beep is there for something u know ;) that red line is destroying u're engine dont take the rev's there too often cuz soon u're mazda will be 192HP only on paper :)
for the safety of engine mazda rx series it is said that u mustn't drive the car for too long or too often more than 7k RPM's sorry for my bad english
@lilpattman You can turn off the beep using the button that says text/audio con, push it until the display shows Beep On, turn the knob so that is says Beep Off....Done! The knob is above the heater temp control knob, RH side. This is on a USDM model, not sure if they are different than what you have but GL!

im stuck between 3 exhausts. HKS, GReddy, Mazdaspeed.
personally, the HKS sounds good, but too pricey.
GReddy sounds super loud and excelent, but too loud to the streets. and Mazdaspeed, price is fine, still sounds good with out being to loud.
if i do decide on a loud exhaust i guess i could always consider a cut-off switch, but i think its still too soon to tell.
