Read the credits at the very end of the movie where it says "Song vocals performed by..." and you will see the names of the members of DeeTown. The actors are not the singers!

The actors you just mentioned are the voice actors for the chipmunk's speaking parts only, they didn't sing any of the songs. All the singing was done by an entirely different group of people, the recording group called the DeeTown Syndicate. Watch the special feature on the DVD, it shows the real people who sang and how they recorded the vocals for the songs.
All the songs are sung by members of the DeeTown Syndicate who's singers include Alana Da Fonseca, Ali Dee Theodore and Joey Katsaros among others. Most of this song's lead vocals were sung by Alana Da Fonseca, a woman, except for 3 lines which were sung by a guy:
Alvin's "Yo DJ pump this party!"
Simon's "I told the witch doctor you didn't love me nice"
Theodore's "Whoa-oh!"
If you listen to the slowed down versions it's easier to distinguish the woman's voice from the guy.
