Smaller nose, large eyes, pouty lips, chin and cheek bones, are all very european looking. If you look at indian, or arab movie stars/entertainers they generally have a more european look then your average indian/arab person. Same goes with latin american movie stars, who are generally much more european looking.

From people from spain/italy/greece who are sometimes very swarthy and almost arab looking, to people from scandanavia who are very blonde and light, and most people fall somewhere in between. I agree though that pale skin that isn't tanned is very unattractive
