you have to be really on the balls of your feet and leaning back slightly helps... you dont really lean backwards but it helps make you learn the jist of it, leaning forward makes it abit harder in my opinion but doable... basically its two hops forward with your back foot, little hops... works better with phats on it helps making it look smoothe anyway goodluck mate *and all the other peeps reading this*
