This is just an opinion, but there should be a special test people should take before they're allowed to have children... and if a person can't pass it, they're clipped (the tubes clipped is what I mean.) Hello, Judy from Bakersfield, Ca, here. What is really f'd up about this is that this guy has 23 prior arrests, some of them for domestic violence. and he has known gang ties. 3 years ago he regained custody of his son, What the hell was this guy doing with custody of this boy in the first place.
