This is why Layne is one (if not the best in my opinion) of the best vocalists of all time I've listened to so many different live versions of A.I.C. songs and Layne will sing the songs just a little different every time,not changing them in any way,and its just so special for the listener.I mean this guy CAN sing"LOVE HATE LOVE" STILL GIVES ME GOOSE BUMPS EVEN AFTER 20YRS.

this must of been around the time they first cut this song, it sounds the closest to the original. i used to think the singles version was the best, but i actually prefer this version a little more. all layne performances are badass regardless tho

@just4today86 Ya, I think they were in the early stages of working on Dirt at the time and this song first blew up as part of the Singles soundtrack in early 92. As far as I know, all the songs from Dirt at this show are the same except Dirt. Layne sings "a stinging arrow in my mouth on my tongue" instead of pistol. I wish they would've played "Lying Season" at this show, a great song they recorded but left off of Dirt. Check that one out too if you haven't heard it.

@GotMeWrong1984 i can kind of see why they left "lying season" off of dirt...it doesn't really fit with the rest of the record stylistically. to me it sounds like more of an outtake from facelift than dirt...great song regardless.

I'm not a fan of that performance of Would?, but Junkhead is amazing that night, the first "be high, convince them to buy" makes me want to cry - that's how good Layne sounded that night!

Yeah he sounds fucking incredible at the singles party, he looks so alive and energetic to. The Would? performance in jools holand in 1993 is my personal favorite though of the would live performances, the "yeah" at 2:48 is speaker shattering bad assness, highly recommended everyone checks that out. Also if you want to see the best AiC live performance ever, check out the 1991 live ABC concert of man in the box. AiC headbanging and rocking out the entire song = fucking awesome beyond words.
