  • Beautifully played. Thank you for sharing! This is one of my favourite pieces of music and you do it such justice!

  • @oscarlittlepickle Thanks!

  • hey men.. i really love Erik Satie and i like your interpretations....

actually i need some help, im doing a job with "Danses de travers Nos. 1 & 2"... but i dont have any score of it, so if you can help me it will be wonderfull for me!!...

thanks, i hope not to bother you!

  • you must really like satie to play his music like this.

    good effort.

  • @druebruebla

    Wer bist du denn?^^

  • @Klangzauberer

Was, du erkennst mich nicht?

  • Any chance that you would post all three Gymnopedies in a row on a single video? They flow together so well and it'd be nice to hear them without switching videos. I tried listening to another person playing it and I couldn't stand it! Your pacing is perfect. Pleeeeeease?

  • @kayshabeast Yes, that's a nice idea. I could do it the next recording session. By the way, on my channel is a playlist with all three Gymnopedies.

  • @Klangzauberer Thank you!!!!

  • ♫ ♥ ♫ Beautiful. Played the way Satie intended it to be played!

    ♫ ♥ ♫

  • it makes me sad and happy, beautiful

  • This melody make me cry, is so beautiful!!!

You play with so much feeling!!!

Make me remeber that the world is magic, is magic and teh love towards of the music and of piano!!!

    5 stars for you ^-^!!!

  • GReat performances !!!!

  • Beautifully played. Nice visual composition w/ the natural backlight and reflection off the piano. Well done :)

  • I like all your piano videos. You have a nice touch and feeling for the music. Very lovely! I've favorite-d you on many.

  • click, ,melody, click, melody, click

  • lol XD

  • trop lent

  • Vrai !

  • Fantastic piece of music.

  • very good!

  • Sounds great. Nice job

  • Nice piano have and even if its 2 years since the recording, looks really promising. Just remember, Lent et douloureux...

  • No bad even two bad chords...

  • Wow ur good my friend, i really love erik's music. It makes me feel u know like i'd be flying or into another world, i can forget it all just being me i just can't explain it sorry xD but thanx for the uplouding

  • No still got the squeaky noises in the background - get a new piano stool or at least oil the cheeks of your arse before you play!! Lovely otherwise though

  • Klangie.... i always thought this sound from your piano and others was because of age (i didn't know).

Anyway this is such an ethereal sound and it sort of reminds me of Sarah Vaughan's pipes!

    Thanks for this good music.

  • Everybody loves Erik's G#1 and when played on these tuned up old pianos,

the overtones abound. I think that is why this piece is so beloved to us all.

  • In the time of the recording the piano was 2 years old. I think this piano has simply a beautiful sound and imagine how the sound is when I will play on it few decades more...

  • Great, i love this piece

I also play it and your interpretation is very good.

  • Thanks for your videos!!

    Greetings from Mexico!!

  • that´s well. i like to listen sad pieces... well done

  • precioso repertorio!!!

  • Hmmm, this one was well done. I liked the musicality. Just watch the motion of your wrists, it's counterproductive and bad for you if you move them up and down too much. (hope that makes sense)

  • I know. In my later performances should be less movement

  • you just stunned me!

    AMAZING..

    timing is perfect as well!!!

  • YOUR SOUND IS ENVOLVING! GORGEOUS!

  • Ahh Beautiful! I love this piece.

  • This is unstained beauty, true love, pensive melancholy, it is remaining and vivid hope in the end... A masterwork of a piano work :)

  • Good job. Thanks for posting your work.

  • romantisch...

    verliebt...

    traurig...

  • Ich liebe diesen Song.

  • Ich fühle mich sehr entspannt jetzt!!, XD (learning deutsch)

  • Das freut mich!

  • Truly beautiful.

  • casi un argentino, bravo

  • por que casi un argentino??

  • Beautiful, Thanks !!!

  • This is such a beautiful song.

  • Jaa, da isses wieder. :D

  • Lovely. An effective antidote to the manic pace of our internet activities. This piece

commands us to pause and enjoy the reflection.

  • Thank You!
