As DDTM77 said a year ago, the resolution's a touch too low on this. (guess it's down to your GPU's horsepower?) That, and the aspect ratio seems super-wide, like it's been stretched too much. However the effect is still fairly convincing -- you're on the power out of that first chicane SUPER early!
for crossed eyed 3d if you dont have the 2 images slightly separate its hard for your brain to concentrate on the midle image because you wont be able to create the definition between 3d and non 3d try making a gap between the 2
@alexpunk2010 The video on the left has to be justified to the right, and the video on the right has to be justified to the left, but for both, only a very slight justification.
first find a mirror...then select 3d setting (button aligned w fullscreen/HD res)...select cross-eyed...then select mirror split....put mirror in the middle where the video splits then align your nose with the mirror...try to focus on right images only...voilla!!! 3d w no headache!!!
2. Hold your index finger in front of your eyes, about 10 inches away.
3. Then, ignore your finger, and just look at the picture on your monitor. You’ll see your finger will “split” into two.
4.Next step, bring your focus onto your finger, rather than your monitor. Your “fingers” will start to merge back into one, and the image on the monitor will shift.
5.Keep going, focus on your finger, until it is one finger in the middle
@rfactordave I didn't use any special anaglyph ajustment. I add 2 camera views to the cockpit cam setup file spaced about driver eyes (left and right). I playback the simulation and video record the run once for each eys view. I use non-linear video editing software to juxtapose (left and right) and synchronize videos (missing frames).
YouTube give the option to use different representations of this type of juxtaposed videos.
Ah sorry the default was on 3d glasses, how did you get the video to have all these different options? If i made a stereogram video right now it would upload and it wont have the red blue option.
if you click in the 3d menu now added to some videos (right bottom of player) you can set the mode from color anaglyph to side by side and mirror modes to name a few.
You should add the yt3d tags to allow people to watch your video with 3D glasses, 3D monitors or crosseyed (for people who can't freeview parallel pattern)
add this tag to the video tags :
yt3d:enable=true
you may also have to add an aspect ratio tag :
yt3d:aspect=x:y (with x and y the aspect ratio values of a single view, not the aspect ratio of both views stacked)

Looks awesome.
The other videos here in YouTube they know the strategy but they don't know where to focus each eye.
This video is easy on the eyes.
The others make you focus too close.

how to guide to see cross eyed

4.Next step, bring your focus onto your finger, rather than your monitor. Your “fingers” will start to merge back into one, and the image on the monitor will shift.

it works though

For cross-eyed 3D, the resolution of the vid has to be high enough for me, or else its just to hard :s

Making 3d picture or video is not so easy as it seems. You need to find a proper convergence distance!
This video doesn't seems too "deep". Or maybe the camera position isn't effective (the less reason).

You sure this is cross eyed or parallel vision? It looks like 3d glasses to me.
For cross eyed or parallel people you have to put both videos in normal color next to each other.
Left side left and right side right for parallel and right side left and left side right for cross eyed.
Stephenlee5 2 years ago
The left capture is at left and the right capture is at right. Period !?
