Do not think over and over " I need to get over my ex" instead think "What do I want to do with my new life" It is a new life, or at least a new path, be brave and except it and make yourself proud of how strong and resilient you are. My long-term memory is too strong to forget. Speaking mainly of rejections, I still remember every girl who has rejected me and I can recall the names for you real ez. The last girl I dated(whose name was also Jessica) left me out cold very early. It hurt for a while, but I brushed myself off and rejoiced that it was over with.
