  • Sara I love your videos thanks...! Very nice info...

  • I wanna buy those ketchup baked fries!!!But the site doesn't ship to Canada

does anyone know of a site where I can buy these that ship here...thanks!

  • Does the sunsweet lighter bake have natural ingredients? Or does it have high fructose corn syrup or hydronated stuff in it? I usually only shop at Trader Joes, but I'd be willing to go to the store and give that a try if it doesn't have that icky stuff in it lol. Thanks!!!

  • @caseyrojas It does not have high fructose corn syrup, there is an ingredient I'm not positive about, which is why I didn't list them, but its called malodextrose which is sugar but I'm not positive how "organic it is" the other ingredients are just the fruit purees, dextrose and pectin.

  • Sarah i love your vids! They are soo usefull!

And i thought id let you know your arms are looking so great & fit! I love it! Do you have any tips to have awesome arms like yours??

  • One of the things I've been doing, especially since they are currently on sale, is taking sweet potatoes, baking them and then popping them in the refrigerator. When I'm hungry I eat them cold or cook them a little on the stove - skin and all. GREAT snack and no junk!!!

  • Thanks for the ideas! I will have to try the Drew's Dressing for sure! Those Snikiddy Fries sound awesome too! Check out my video! I'm always looking for new ideas and I videotape everything I eat and post it to Femmegirl1 and on facebook 150 lbs or Bust!

  • That sunsweet substitute looks awesome!! I'm going to try to find it, try it out and then if it's good I'll feature it on my channel too! Thanks for sharing!

  • 3:01 Yeah, sorry about eating that. It was just in the fridge, and it looked so good. About the smoked tomato - I thought smoking was bad for you. It's weird to think of all those poor tomato plants, puffing away on Marlboro lights.

  • hey sarah, i was just wondering what protein shake is good for weight loss? i know they usually have protein shakes for bluking up but do you know of any that is for weightloss?

  • Love your videos! Love the new prom workout I've been doing it at the gym & everyone was asking where I got the exercises & i turned them to your website:) So basically LOVE you!! :)

I was woundering what you thought of the new Reebok easytone's? Are they legit or just a scam? I love me some bosu ball so I was thinking about spending the money. Thanks!

  • I love the idea of the lighter bake product. I just hope its not overpowering like many products that you can use in place of something.

  • Where can I find the balsamic vinegar dressing you were talking about?

  • awesome! making my list now! OH and thanks for making prom exercise videos! i am BEYOND thankful!! <3

  • Thanks! I'm still wondering about the honey.?

  • Great video! Thank you so much!

  • EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL is the BEST thing u can eat for your body..I am italian and absolutely SWARE by its benefits...get urself some organic one and I promise u will not get fat..that is ridiculous!!! do a little research on that kind of fat..it helps everything in ur body to work better and metabolize all of the vitamins and nutrients in ur food. its good for skin, nails and hair growth..

u like ur videos a lot btw

  • @WaterDreaminOphelia you shouldn't bake with it though, the high temps change it's composition and it actually becomes a carcinogen. Only use it at low temps or drizzle on your salad.

  • @SarahsFabChannel I don't agree...The extra virgin olive oil resists at high temperatures better than anything else...

  • @SarahsFabChannel All oils become rancid when heated. This is would otherwise be referred to a fat's "smoke point" i.e. olive oil, and even further EVOO. They have a very low smoke point so it's not an oil you'd cook with for say, steak. Maybe to saute some veg that's been blanched. Watching calories and grams of certain nutrients is unfortunately not all you should be doing.

  • @kcijmon but it is a start and everyone needs to start somewhere. Ingredients are far more important to pay attention to than calories. If your salad is 500 calories but all it contains is a ton of tomatoes, greens, cucumbers, carrots and some bell peppers and a good quality, cold pressed olive oil in your dressing, gaining weight will never been an issue. Of course you can over do "good fats" but if you are eating all whole foods then its hardly ever an issue.

  • oh im soo buying them (:

hey can i ask u smthing btw?

im trying to about 11 lbs + im doing cardio workout + many exercises for the whole body....but i don't think that i do enough crunches....so how many crunches do u recommend me to do?

thnx btw LOve ya ! U rock! :D xoxo

  • @Frisareti Don't do crunches. Do planks! Hold for one minute, repeat 3 times. Try side planks like in my love handles videos :)

  • @SarahsFabChannel Okay! Thaaaaanx (L)

    U r the best! <3 xoxo

  • I'm definatly going to try the Lighter Bake since I love baking and I'm sicking of substituting with bananas, it makes it so obvious that you used a sub.

  • Thanks! I'm definitely going to try the Lighter Bake. I'm not sure if I have the other 2 brands here in Canada...drat.

  • Snikiddy Products are so yummy :).

  • ooh great ideas, thanks! you're my favourite fitness guru on youtube forrr sure :)

also, did you get that sound clip at the end from somewhere random because it's a song thing from a show I watch called summer heights high (it's really funny)

sorry that was unrelated, but I was just wondering haha

  • @imuhstarr that is a VERY funny show, i watch it too! :) I love J'amie haaa. But it's just from soundtrack generic for sure.

  • I agree with JuiicyFruitx23 you look very pretty in this video, what the name of the eyeshadow? Thanks :)

  • Thank you for sharing!:)

  • Where can you get the fry things ? :D

    Btw, you look pretty here.+-

  • @JuiicyFruitx23 I got them at Whole Foods, but check out the More Info section for a link to see if they sell them near you at another store. I usually don't eat this type of food, but they are a nice healthy alternative to fries.

  • THnak u for the vid sarah

  • hi sarah i love u

    please reply

    will u marry me?

    <3

  • @SPANKclips Ha ha. May b she wil not.

  • @SPANKclips I'm responding but I'm not sure I can accept a blind proposal. What makes you my perfect match?

  • @SarahsFabChannel

What makes me your perfect match?

Basicly i love you, even tho ive never met you i've fallen in love with you.

and i can make a woman very happy, believe me im not this little "fat slob" sitting on the internet, just so u know.

i actually do weights and im into the same thing as you, we have so much in common, and it would be an honor to even meet you.

  • @SarahsFabChannel

" What makes you my perfect match? "

I'm short, fat, and out of shape. Oooh... And I live with my parents, play video-games., and have zero ambition in life. Sound good?

Anyways, more seriously. A lot of these "healthier" products look like they are good, but I have some doubts. Is there really any additional health benefits to having your oatmeal steel cut for example? I still remember buying these crappy tasting $4 protein bars, that ultimately just made me fart alot.

  • @Erdbeerbowle I just personally like the way steel cut tastes better than regular old fashioned oatmeal. That's all.

  • @SarahsFabChannel

First time I tried it, I made the mistake of only cooking it for a few seconds (cause I'm used to the pre-cooked stuff I guess). Naturally it was all hard and gritty, and felt like munching on sand-paper. Its kinda expensive compared to the regular stuff too.

What do you think of oatmeal bars? Are they convenient out-the-door healthy alternatives to oat meal, or are they over-hyped pure sugary processed crap? I'm sure there are homemade alternatives.

  • @Erdbeerbowle The protein bars didn't make you fart - changing your diet made you fart. When you make a sudden change in either fat, carbohydrate or protein levels in your diet, the bacteria in your colon adjust to the new leftovers, and a lot of waste CO2 is produced.

  • @CommentorX

I think you're right, and initially it kind of puts on damper on your motivation to eat healthier. I switched from my usual crappy breakfast (eggs mixed with pork-chorizo) to something healthier (oatmeal, bananas, etc). This "healthy" eating change resulted in my butt exploding on average every five minutes culminating with the grand toilet dumping ceremonial finale.

I guess I have to be more gradual.
