  • I've got to the point where i can hold myself off the ground, it's the twisting outwards that i'm struggling with, any tips for that? Thanks :)

  • @marycub nice job! the next part that you are on about is the tough bit. Next you should rotate your hips from parallel to a 90* angle (back to the pole) and hold... if you want to try going up the easier way (which i did for ages!) while your hips are open to 90* draw your knees towards your tummy and hold, then slowly work on lifting the pelvis up and towards the pole... let me know if this helps. :)

  • @studio409montreal :) each time you improve a few inches, try twisting the move all around, side to side, try lifting the pelvis towards the pole... basically you are trying to improve all 29 muscles of the hips and pelvis. :)
