@TheVassal18 I don't think it matters, he was the voice and frontman of A-ha, ppl always remember lead singers better. Plus, he has an amazing voice and all three of them made a perfect match. Does it matter who wrote the lyrics if that person cannot sing them the way they should be sung?...

Thank you for sharing - I've loved this song from the first time it came on air and loved this video. it's very cool to watch how this video was made - I love their interviews, but I've always thought this video was cool to watch. it was one of those you waited to watch TV just so that you wouldn't miss it for the world =)

I do remember this clip from blue peter,i even remember janet ellis asking the director steve barron 'what are you doing' and when he shows her how the clip of morten on the snowscape is put together.

Pal writes most of the songs! Mags collaborate sometimes, in the early days Morten did not  write any at all only on the 2000 albums 1 or 2 maybe

That's not quite correct, narniapc2.. Morten collaborated with Pal & Magne on 4 songs in the early days. Of course the main one is "Take On Me", then "Living A Boys Adventure Tale", "Touchy" and finally "Stay On These Roads". He collaborated on more than 1 or 2 songs on the 2000 albums. He and Magne have collaborated on several songs and he has written 5 or 6 without Magne & Pal that have been on the last 3 albums. It will be interesting to see how many of his are on the new album!

I see, I stand corrected! I know Morten has two english albums he made by himself.

No problem, I just wanted to give credit where credit was due. I know there were other songs in the early days that he also collaborated on that never made it on any albums. As far as his solo albums (Wild Seed & Letter From Egypt) most of the songs were written by him & 2 or 3 others that he collaborates with on the lyrics, while he writes most of the music himself. Although Magne did contribute 1 song to the new album. He has also written several songs that have not been on albums.
