Okay seriously. Its Annie Leibovits (the photographer) who is one of the worlds best photographers. Annie is way too professional to try and pull a scam. And plus, Miley parents WERE THERE, if they thought it wasn't appropriate then they wouldn't of let her do it. The final photograph is very beautiful and artistic, not revealing or skanky.

i agree that its not that bad and teenagers do it all the time, but those teenagers are usually sluts(it had to be said, sorry.) plus, with her being an idol, its different. shes an idol to millions of fans, unlike normal teenagers. yes, kids may not read the magazine, but once word got out it was put on the news, ads, emails, internet talk, etc. where the kids DO go or may be watching. with her as an idol kids'll want to be like her& copy her. thats the only reason why people are freaking out.

i agree with bartezz16. tbh, miley hasn't done anything wrong, these photos are nothing rude or innapropriate, she isnt showing any more than what you would see if she was wearing a backless dress. everything on a womans body does not suddenly appear whne the turn sixteen. and i think she is a good role model, give or take a few photos that leaked out, but im sure if you look on most teenage girls computers you will find worse pictures. everyone just needs to stop exaggerating tbh!
