  • @kaisermuto Whale meat is rare to see in Japan and its not that cheap. Plus, Ive never seen dolphin meat in any big cities I visited. Which part of Japan do you live in???

  • Come to Japan!! you can take WAGYU beef every day. But it costed expensive as well as USA. Casual Japanese people eat USA made or AUSY made. I am very poor, so I eat dolphin meat and whale meat every day.

  • I am the official distributor of this Kobe (Wagyu) meat within Spain & Portugal (and rest of Europe). The first time I tasted the meat I couldn´t believe my mouth...

    Nowadays I am a fan of my own Wagyu products. Marble rate 7-10 is the best in my opinion. And we are quite ¨cheap¨ in comparison with others, we deliver directly from the official Wagyu farm.

  • tom uses simple and easy ingredients and says thats the best way to make dishes taste good. in other words he doesn't know shit and looks like a fat mama's boy. uh uh studder more tom, always studdering and giving the lamest descriptions on cooking. hes good for one thing and one thing only, eating.

  • Yes, I know Japanese brand beef (like Kobe beef) is really yummy, besides very beautiful coz white fat is well mixed in red meet, so it looks like frost or snow on red meet.

    However, we cannot eat it often... coz of the price & too much fat.. Basically, I don't like American beef coz red part(meet) of beef is really RED... and huge white fat is stick to the red meet. However, at least, such American beef is much more healthy(if you cut the huge fat).

    In conclusion, I prefer FISH!!!!!

  • wa means Japanese, and gyū means cattle. Wagyu simply means "Japanese cow". Kobe is a city in japan and wagyu is not a japanese provice.

  • @Timerider uh excuse me. one day YOU will learn that you're wrong. and that day is today. i'm japanese and wagyu is NOT a province in asia. wa basically means japan, and gyu means beef. please stop acting like you know what you're talking about because you're spreadding wrong information thus confusing people. KOBE is a city in japan. kobe, yonezawa, matsuzawa, kuroge beefs (there are more) are all different wagyu beefs. another thing, did u know kobe bryant was named after kobe beef???
