Hey Michael, i just wanted to thank you ma friend, the muffins turned out great, it's crazy how unhealthy they taste even though I can eat them any time and anywhere, especially in class and I don't gotta worry about going catabolic!
Nice video! by the way my sister found this fantastic weight loss program called: Impact 790 Diet and dropped 16 pounds within just a month. I cannot remember the actual site just Google it.
i have a question. im trying to LOSE WEIGHT and build lean muscle at the same time. would you recommend a high protein diet for that. also what is the difference between whey and soy protein.
@Mzhellraiser The info on the screen for this vid says 3 med sized and he said himself said they would be 3-4 muffins in larger muffin tin. Hope this helps.
So which kind of protein powder should I choose. I love all ur recipes want to make the fudge.. which one should I buy. I am a beginner and didnt use any protien powder yet thanks alot..!
what kind of whey protien would you reccomend I havnet taken any kind of protien yet. which one should I go look for in GNC low calories.. ofcourse thanks
@deathraps - Save your money and shop at bodybuilding(dot)com or another place online. GNC tends to push their own products because they get paid more and they are always way overpriced.
@babychanel21 next time you look at a "fat-free cake mix" or anything else "Fat-Free" that's a dessert or treat, look at how much SUGAR is in it.
Fat - Free products quite often have MORE sugar than the full-fat version. Heck, I was in Wal-Mart the other days and they had this big label - " Fat Free!!" on ... JELLY BEANS.
Hey your probably not going to read this, but I know at least one of you will. I've been inspired to make health and fitness videos and I want to spread the word about it. Would you please take a second to view my channel and tell me what you think about the video. Thanks guys
These muffins are the bomb Michael, real good! It makes a change to the Whey Protein sandwiches ive been eating as of late lol. (they aren't as bad as they sound) kinda like nutella sandwiches only less caloric!
@IrishRhavin, sounds like a good idea. Let me know how you go. I also heard adding some fruit can make it more moist so I'll give that a go too. probably even peanut butter would be good to use, having healthy fats and all
@achilles1878 So I used olive oil, peanut butter and a whole egg to add fats, it was moist but a bit too firm, which i blame on my lack of actually measuring anything, from that experience i'd say it'd turn out great if ur more precise and ur not using the horrible protein powder i use :P Best of luck with it
@IrishRhavin sounds good. I'll give that a try as well but probably without the olive oil since the peanut butter ad whole egg would provide enough fats. What recently worked for me very well was adding 1 Cup of oatmeal, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 2 - 3 scoops of protein powder of choice, 2 - 3 heaping tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 eggwhites (or 1 egg), 1 C unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 tsp stevia powder (optional), 1/4 C milk of choice. They came out really moist and sweet :)
@achilles1878 Your version sounds alot tastier, and healthier if u use organic free range eggs and raw milk or an alternative like almond milk. also replacing the peanut butter with almond butter. but I personally like peanut butter better for the taste. also got to give it up to leanbodylifestyle for giving us the base recipe.....we can always change stuff up for our individual tastes. good job.
First tried it with Cocao powder and it was gross due to it being too bitter. But then tried it with Cocoa powder and it was much better, no bitterness but the mixture is a bit dry. If you can come up with another video with a new batch to give it more moisture, i would appreciate it
@achilles1878 I believe, from researching after failed recipes myself, that its actually fat that makes a cake moist, so maybe adding in some healthy fats might do the trick? I'm going to try this thursday and i'll add in olive oil and see what the result is and let ya know
man you are a revolution in my life, i have watched so many of your videos and my god you are simple and very very tasty, i have been training for a while now, but either had to resist or suffer consequences. but not anymore - courtesy of mr micheal.
btw if thats your pic in the start, you are getting better day by day.
man i am hooked to coca cola, and its quite hot where i live and nothing quenches my thirst better than coke, and i know its horrible if you wana go lean. any help?
@umarmaxmas So i saw this comment yday and then i was thinkin, flavored sparkling water, it has so much less sugar and still has that thirst quenching "ahh" factor
Dayum Michael, I need someone like you in my kitchen! It's just a big, big shame that my parents won't let me get protein powder (hopefully, not just yet) but I'm sure I can always leave the protein powder out (if it doesn't make too big of a difference) if I want to try this anyway.
Hey Michael! Great vids! Can I ask you, do you know if there is any sort of low fat chocolate in the market since I don't just have a sweet tooth but its also selective(damn..lol). Anyway thx again.
Mike ive been watching your videos and never commented, just feel like i need to say thank you for all the effort you put into all these videos. I use a lot of the recipes you made and they really help me out when it comes to getting 6 pack abs
i dont get how this entire recipe has only 30g of protein....the protein powder alone has 30g of protein + 2 egg whites which has 7g of protein + 2tbs greek yogurt which has around 4g....anyways great recipe and very good snack idea to take it to school with me.
@HerbSmoulder He's already made loads that can be done without protein powder. Don't stress out too much if he posts one that requires it, just watch another one of his videos.
Hey Michael i would really appreciate a response on this one. For some odd reason when i use protein powder in my recipes like pancakes or muffins etc, the end product always ends up abnormally dry.. Do you have any ideas of why or can you recommend a cheap protein powder that doesn't dry up the recipe? Because the Elite one that you use is a little too pricey for me :(
Love the recipe, this is awesome, that you use Truvia or Stevia, Splenda is all chemicals to me.. I am a low carber, and it always help to try new recipes, do you ever use coconut oil in any of your recipes? My you Tube channel shows alot of good healthy benefits from coconut oil
Those look great! I have all the ingredients and will make them today. Even my yogurt is fresh. And thanks for the calorie count. I always figure them out on my own but it's nice to already have it done for me! Great job!
not gona lie i would eat chocolate muffins daily and lost 22 pounds in a months time while doing cardio daily and eating more green no joke. it's good for u. i didn't do it like he did just normal muffins!!! but omg!!! EAT!!!
