May not win but at least cause the guy some bad PR for your money lost if you only vote for one party which I dont. If I made a donation before he turned I would sue christ for breech of implied contract. Maybe get some money back plus interest. It would be hard to calculate damages beyond that. Anyone who turns should be honerable enough to actually give the people their money back since he lied to them by saying he would run as a repub.
