  • That dude is FAST.

  • Sooooooooo Fast!

  • @shiifu Wrong Bruce lee fought a unranked Thai boxer n lost . Just like Wong jack man . This cunt is all hyped up. Good thing for him he died young so he never got exposed

  • @TheUfchink r u sure about this info? there are many rumors circulating and knowing the prowess of wing chun, I find it hard to believe that Bruce would lose to a muay thai fighter.may i ask, where did you get this info?

  • @stupidkid915 WELL YOU'RE WRONG. I have also been an editor for the past 29 years. And I can swear I did NOT speed this up. Just ask anyone that was there. And BTW- I have no reason to as this guy is not my sifu. I have no reason to make him look any better than he already is. This will be the last about this. peace

  • @stupidkid915 BTW This guy blew everyone away at this demo. I have never seen anyone move as fast as him. And I've been doin Martial Arts for 30 years. Was pretty amazing. ...peace

  • @MartialArtWay After watching this video, I took a plane from Rio de Janeiro to NYC and hastened to meet Sifu Wong. He IS the real deal, not only because he's the fastest and most precise martial art I've ever seen, but specially because he's the most considerate Sifu I've ever met. Now I'm very proud to be his student.

  • Damn good!

  • awesome

  • jesus, that is fast

  • the man in clip he has real kungfu *_*

  • This is elephant form right?

  • @Nr1from1978 No,It's Sup Gee Leen Wan Kow Da ,thank you!

  • I Know this form

  • Just awesome. I'm still partial to Japanese martial arts, but if I were to learn kung fu, I'd seek out this style. If I could learn it from this man, all the better.

  • Hermoso estilo

  • Great form but can he fight?

  • @1noahboy You bet, brother, you bet!

  • Does that form come from the Hung sing lineage? I study the king Mui lineage your sifu is really great very graceful with power

  • @SSCrew28 Sifu Wong comes from King Mui. He's nowadays living and teaching in Brooklyn, NYC, USA.

  • people should stop dissing other arts and talking shit on here respect these chinese brothers as there chinese kung fu and other arts was used alot in bruce lee and alot of the japanese and fliphino arts etc etc? know your history it was the chinese traders that helped spread alot of the arts? and i keep saying this everwhere i go that regardless of the art it all depends on the person utilizing it and how he expresses himself? grow up and watch and listen rather than diss other peoples videos!!

  • You're really good at CLF! I really like this video

  • truly CLF

  • Hao Gong Fu!

  • yeah we're not discussing bruce lee here tough...this guy's form's execution is outstanding...fast, incredibly focused and never losing the stance...fuckin unbeliveable...

  • Bruce Lee did not learn Choy Li Fut. He made comments about it, and may have dabbled into it, but he did not learn it. He was a student of Yip Man's Wing Chun, and didn't even finished that. Moreover, he did not use it to create Jeet Koon do. He used mostly Wing Chun, boxing, western fencing, Escrima (from Dan Inosanto) and may be one more art (debatable). This is very well documented folks. Look it up ( from a reliable source).

  • Wow. Fantastic job.

  • exelente ! valla que gran espiritu proyecta!

  • Very impressive form, I used to study Hung Ga, Tang Fong lineage, and a lot of the stances and strikes in this form remind me of it.

  • @ThePelly

that make sense as most of both are based on the lohan sets, sometimes thought as the prototype of shaolin kung fu

  • Awesome demo of Choy Lee Fut! The way it should be. Very nice indeed.

  • I like Choy Lee Fut , but this form is demonstrated like a dance.

There is no broken rhythm or change of speed from defence and drawing of energy to attack!

  • clap clap clap, wonderfull, that's all to say!!!

    I Love choy lay fut!

  • 好功夫!!!

  • mighty and speedy

  • Is Sifu Wong from the Lee Koon Hung lineage of CLF? The moves are stylistically similar to the style of my former Sifu from that lineage .

  • Damn, dudes fast as shit! Nice form!

  • He worked it. Never seen a better execution of a form.

  • very pretty form. do u have video of applications?

  • Excelent!!! That was an awesome display. Greatly executed :O

  • much respect to this young Sifu! I met him in China in 2006 and his technique impressed me.

  • Muy buena ejecución.

  • You deserve much respect. Anyone with a "knowing eye" can see that you have a very high skill level.

  • Breathtaking!

  • bloody awesome

  • great, splendid performance

  • THAT IS HOW TO DO A FORM!!!!!!!!!

  • beautiful

  • Happy new year from a former Ying Jow Pai practitioner from the Bronx.:D

  • very impressive! a true master indeed!

  • Simply excellent! I'm truly thinking of flying from Rio to NY in order to learn a little bit from Sifu Wong.

  • hey i know the intro part =D thats it (i learn for 1 month and i know 14 second of it o-o)

  • Bruce Lee said "Choy Lee Fut is the most effective system that I've seen for fighting more than one person. It is one of the most difficult styles to attack and defend against."

  • im practicing CLF and its the best style (for me)

    very smooth abd powerfull

    ANd verrry good form

    great performance

  • how many years of practice to reach this level? he is lightning fast!

  • I thought the film was fast framed untill I watched the drummer! I did alot of CLF and I was never that fast!

  • Excuse my language, but that performance was OFF THE MUTHAFUCKIN Chainnnn!!

I've seen alot of kung fu, and Choy Li Fut, but I never saw Choy Li Fut so smooth yet strong, takes it back to the Lee Koon Hung days :)

  • WAW... :D that was great!

  • Very good Sifu, very good skills.

  • Great form. I think he probably learned this form as a child and has brought it to the level we see today.

  • haha im learning siu mui fa right now, that looked amazing. my school does clf and do pi

  • You cna see why Bruce Lee used this style to make Jeet Kune Do

  • @Tenshiyami13 With respect, Bruce Lee used Wing Chun and many of it's philosophies among many other martial arts to create JKD. Not Choy Lee Fut. Hi first martial art was Wing Chun which he learned from Yip Man at a young age. peace

  • @MartialArtWay he did learn choy li fut as well he says so in the tao of jeet kune do

  • @MartialArtWay well he did learn clf as well

mostly beacause it is a rival style to wing chun

  • @MartialArtWay I think @Tenshiyami13 was being sarcastic.

  • @MartialArtWay Bruce Lee also used choy li fut in JKD. Bruce not only learned wing chun. choy li fut was also a style that he practised. but he specialised in wing chun more. Thats why you see it more in JKD. Not that i am a JKD fan or something. I practise CLF in Holland since i was a little kid. im 24 now.

Something else, A very good performance sifu Wong showed here. you can really see the loose energy while keeping his stances really firm and strong!!! CLF the Best!!!!!!

  • @MartialArtWay Bruce Lee's first art was tai chi actually. Wing Chun was his second and the one he stuck to until he started doing his own thing. Supposedly, he had great respect for Choi Li Fut if yuo believe the wikipedia Choi Li Fut entry and may have incorporated parts of it into JKD.

  • @Niccomawf I know Bruce Lee said that Choy Lee Fut was one of the hardest styles to defend against and that it's also good for multiple attackers. He never formally trained in it. Instead, what he did was he went to the senior students of various martial arts and traded knowledge with them. In those days, sifus would never take a student who wanted to cross train in other styles, so that was the only way. Thankfully, things have changed a lot now.

  • @MartialArtWay Bruce knows Choy Li Fut as well. Some of the guys from Buk Sing choy li fut taught Bruce some Choy li Fut techniques. I think it was one of the Lacie Brothers.

  • @MartialArtWay All of which you say is true! Though, Bruce Lee has often credited Choy Lee Fut to be the most efficient against multiple opponents. At least he was somewhat inspired by CLF

  • now that's what i call kung fu!!

    beautiful !!

  • @MartialArtWay

    bruce lee also said :

Choy Li Fut is the most effective system that I've seen for fighting more than one person. [It] is one of the most difficult styles to attack and defend against. Choy Li Fut is the only style [of kung fu] that traveled to Thailand to fight the Thai boxers and hadn't lost.

  • @rekcufeht are you sure ? about traveled to thailand and hadn't lost ?

  • @killeracias That's apparently what Bruce Lee said. As for whether he was right or not, who knows?

  • @killeracias Some kick boxers recently went to Fut San for five matches, lost all five, with two knock outs. Maybe they were "cans" or not so good fighters, who knows but they lost. It's really all about how much time and dedication of the fighter combined with natural fighting ability and health of the fighter.

  • @rekcufeht u kinda copies that from the Vancouver Choy Lee Fut Homepage didn't u...

  • @rekcufeht Actully, When Bruce Lee recorded " Big Boss" some thaiboxers came and challenged him, and he wooped there ass with wing chun.

  • @shiifu Where's the records of this?

  • @rekcufeht Do you have a source of what he said ?

I'm sorry I doubt but overall the things that people say about Bruce on the internet, you can't believe all of 'em :)

  • @MartialArtWay ahaha I love went noobs go down

  • @MartialArtWay is CLF an internal or external art?

  • @southernsales777 All martial arts have internal and external properties, just some focus more on the internal (E.G. Ba gua Zhang [pa kua chang], Xing yi [hsing i], tai ji [tai chi]) whereas others focus more on the external (hung gar, San da [san shou], praying mantis). Choy li fut though, focuses more on the external, as is common in southern chinese martial arts.

  • @buddy2000529 choy lee fut focus on both of internal and external, should be equal.I think all of kung fu should be like that.thank you!

  • @MartialArtWay Yep! Still a sweet form though

  • @MartialArtWay Choy lee fut was definitely one of the kung fu styles that Bruce learned

  • @MartialArtWay With respect, Bruce Lee's friend and student, Dan Inosanto, said that Choy Li Fut was one of the many styles that Lee trained in, along with Wing Chun, Wu Tai Chi Chuan, Western Boxing, Épée fencing, Judo, and Jujutsu. According to Bruce Lee, "Choy Li Fut is the most effective system that I've seen for fighting more than one person," "one of the most difficult styles to attack and defend against," and "the only Kung Fu style that fought the Thai boxers and hadn't lost."

  • @Tenshiyami13 Please don't insult this guy by comparing him to Bruce Lee? This guy makes Bruce Lee look like a green belt. Bruce was good, this guy is a F-ing great master.

  • @Tenshiyami13 Wong was unsatisfied with Lee's account of the match and published his own version in the Chinese Pacific Weekly, a Chinese language newspaper in San Francisco.[13] The article, which was featured on the front page, included a detailed description of the fight from Wong's perspective and concluded with an invitation to Bruce Lee for a public match if Lee found his version to be unacceptable. Lee never made a public response to the article.

  • @Tenshiyami13 usa Wing Chun...

  • @TheDiseaseDevil , I know a guy who knows both CLF and WC, he said WC has the edge over most martial arts but that doesn't mean CLF is a bad art at all..

  • @WingChunLova no one martial art has an edge over another it all depends on the individual sir :)

  • makes you wonder why isn't wing chun the pre-dominant art people want to learn since it's edging out basically most other striking arts. people want to learn ma to kick ass right? cause if it's to get into shape you don't need to learn ma all you need are dumb bells and running.

  • to some people: no doubt choy lee fut is one of the most effective chinese martial art, but as a wing chun practitioner, i swear wing chun is not less effective at any rate, however, it all depends on the person who uses it, and who that person was taught by. i've seen bad teachers when i learned wing chun, and they are totally trash, they cant even take down a six-year old i dare say, but there are good one such as my shifu, and those are people u dont wanna mess with.
