i remember having a course like this except it was only a 5k.as a i am only 13 so we do not run 10ks yet. i never thought my legs would stretch oput far enough to jump it but i cleared it..cuz there was no way i was gonna trudge through and to slow me down

It's the Birmingham X-country league combined with the Cross cup challenge and the course is at Sennelys park in Birmingham.

It's a fairly tough 3 lap race and approx 10k. Usually quite muddy but was not too bad this year.
