Hopefully that dumb mall will fall down, they built it like a cheap school house, it looks temparary. Tear it down and rebuild Opryland USA back to it's exact specifications.

the opry land hotel looks great inside again. my company sold them a bunch of replacement furniture that we spent installing over the last 2 weeks and it has really come together

I haven't had my dream of seeing Nashville and spending just one night at the amazing Opryland Hotel, it was our dream,but now since I lost my husband well suffice it to say I also lost my dream, however I only read a cpl of the comments as I was so dissapointed I agree 100% with ahutson how can you all be so heartless look at all that is in ruin, and think of the people, God you are a cold lot!

@nikkiskg The comments may seem heartless to you but you must understand that we that live in Nashville lost alot when we lost Opryland. It was a beautiful theme park that we and our children loved so dearly, filled with country music, shows and great rides. We didn't have to go to Disneyland we had our own country version. Hundreds of people lost there jobs when it closed just to build another mall, we have lots of those. If they tore Disneyland and put up a mall, well you get it.

Its amazing to hear the negative comments about the flood and the mall. There were thousands of mall employees not to mention more than 2000 employees that were laid off at the hotel and the Opry because of the flood. I know of several people that were working at the mall that now have no jobs and there is no indication when the mall will reopen. People have lost their livelihoods and it seems that no one seems to care.

@wsbtam LOL that made my night! I loved the Grizzly River Rampage! They built the Hangman coaster like not even a year before they tore it down. I live in, and love Nashville, but I sure do miss Opryland. Fuck that mall.

@missmissy22556 I'm from Mississippi, and I hate that mall with a passiion too. We were planning to go back to Opryland one year only to find out that they tore down Opryland. We haven't been to Nashville since. What next, sports instead of country on WSM 650? oh wait, they already tried that. Thanks Gaylord, idiots.
