As an Independent I sort of agree with both of them.

O'Reilly is right in that you can't force people to take advantage of their education. No matter how updated the textbooks are or how much many government puts into schools, there are many kids who don't care to learn and who are thugs or thugabees. A lot starts at home with the parents. You also can't force people to use condoms and birth control.

But Dr. Hill is right about the healthcare issue. It is far too costly nowadays.
