I just checked the pitch of the Tinnitus and it is one octave above middle D . So It is high D note . The thing is, not only will this note be there, sometimes other notes will come, right now a higher D note comes in unison ! and I have even heard melodies playing in harmony and once a chior of tenor voices singing in a valley in the Himalayas.I wish to get a set of these bowls, it would be so beneficial!

I also have tinnitus but it is a high pitched sound and is in the background unless it is very quiet , so I can hear a high pitch tinnitus but not an external high pitch ...!!! . From an esoteric view could Tinnitus be the sound of chakras ? or energy pools (Vortex) in the body ?Could it be the sound that vibrates within the glands , especially within the brain ? I am musical and find it easier to hear sounds than talking . Could anyone relate to what I am saying ?

I am profound to severely deaf but still can hear sounds . When people speak it comes all jumbled up and muffled and I can hear only half words , because of a high frequency deafness (this means I cannot hear very high pitches as well as base sounds) It is easier to hear the bass guitar :) And I can hear the singing bowls in this clip. But still I manage to understand half of what is being verbally spoken.

What would this mean?

I have heard two tones for the last 6 to eight months.

I hear tones internally within my head. I have had them from childhood . You may have Tinnitus , refer to my messages above :)

I do believe that the tones that I sense within, are more than just a medical condition without any spiritual meaning. I believe that we all have certain idiosyncrasies that are spiritual in nature but most people don't know and when doctors diagnose them, they simply give it a name and either give the "patient" a drug to cover it up or they tell them that there is nothing that can be done for their condition.

how do i get any of these? my wife is sick and we dont know what the matter is. A spiritual help is needed. Please advise me on waht to do!

Thank you so much for this wonderful piece done on Mt. Shasta. The energy has been moving so quickly over the last month that I wasn't really sure which avenue to pursue, but after I saw this video I was sure I would be working with crystal bowls in the future.
