Was shot in left eye by action pump BB gun by my brother when I was nine years old. I am blind for life in my left eye and have had many surgeries since. Doesn't help with getting dates.

@ladyjliberti Legislation isn't the answer, here. It's educating kids to not be dumbasses and wear safety glasses ... and to not shoot their sister in the fucking eye.
@oshilzl It really did hit him in the eye, I just wasn't quick enough when I panned the camera to catch it. No serious injury but it was still an important lesson for us.
You know guys, theres little good that can come from not wearing eye protection. People say wear it and they say it for a reason. I got shot in the eye directly from 300FeetPerSecond from 30 feet away and that was years ago. My vision is still affected and always will be. I got lucky, if the BB was 1/8 inch towards the center I would of gone blind in my right eye. RIsk Reward, Don't be an ass.
@th4Guy77 I would of been blind but luckily the BB hit the corner of my eye and not the center. My vision is really blurry with floaters but im not "blind."

The bb had all ready hit him (as well as a bunch others by the time I panned back to him. I need to issue safety glasses to everyone who comes over to my house. lol thanks!!
