  • cause im a stud! sure flash, sure.....

  • Is it just me or is Hipolobotomy not a very good queen?

  • Obi-Wan never told you about your father didn't he.

  • 2 best lines:"I just had dinner with two beautiful ladies, why? 'cause I'm a stud." and :"soo hes telling me to go to... yeah."

  • 1:55 - 2:05

So, in other words, the moral is *scratchy Cristian Bale voice* "It's not who she is, but what she DOES that defines her."

  • Shit, in part 1, I had to turn down the volume. At 5:50, it sounded like I was watching a porno in my room, for crying out loud.

  • where the episode when the justice league fights lucifer ???????

  • @Tobius11 It's the first season of the Justice League. I gorget the name, but know its in season 1.

  • "Now would you please take this rope off of me? I'm a demon, the truth hurts!" lol

  • Hades, Poseidon and Zeus drew straws to see who would rule over what... Zeus got Kingship over the gods and the Sky, Poseidon got kingship over the Oceans, and Hades got Kingship over the Underworld and it's domains. Hades is the oldest brother, and actually the one that never went around making love to mortals because he felt like it. The Earth had no godly king and that is where free will comes from in Greek Mythology. Gaea didn't rule over mortals.

  • so wait this entire time wonder woman was carrying around a rope that didn't do shit......

  • @MrMcGueGue

    it was always unbreakable

  • Listen to Felix's voice it's Robert fuckin Englund dude is Freddy Kruger!!!

  • When Zatanna is in agony, she says backwards, "All hope is lost, Faust sits on the thrones of Hell." Also, when Diana is reading the first scroll, she says, "For a good time called Podeminus..." Podeminus is also known as Iris goddess of messengers.

I found this information on IMDB.

  • I'm just glad that Diana's mother let her come home

  • Is there in all of thic DC comic stuff Lucifer or Devile his part or there is only greek mitologu and nothing else?

  • @Djelevic88 Oh no, greek mythologie plays a big part because Wonder Woman is one of the top three, but ZAuriel, an Angel in the biblical sense was one a proud standing member of the J.L.A. Then there is Satanus, Neron, etc... who play the part for Satan. The Spectre is the Wrath of God, from the good old days of the old testament, not a nice guy, litterally lowal neutral.

  • As for the Amazon they were never guardians of tartarus Cerberus was. And once every year they were meeting with another tribe consisting only from man and had children together then if the child was boy man took it if it was girl Amazon took it.

  • I hate when american productions use Greek mythology and they fucking change anything. Who the he'll is supposed WW is? First read Greek mythology and then use her in your cartoons

  • @pontiosteo800 I'm more pissed how everyone keeps making Hades out to be some power hungry satan figure. Hades was an anti-social recluse. He enjoyed ruling the land of the dead, he wasn't banished, like everyone keeps claiming. Heck, he even gave a man the chance to save the soul of his dead lover, but the man couldn't keep up his end of the bargain long enough. He also helped Hercules by giving him a helmet of invisibility.

  • is it me or hades seem to be pretty weak? isnt he is an olympian?

  • who thinks that the first faust encounter was a set up for a test by the gods?

  • on 3:03 you see the cross of jezus

  • Your mother and I sculpted you together...with my penis...

P.S Why did you not bring batman with you on your trip to hell? Don't you know: Batarang>Everything else

  • @SerpentVX men arnt allowed on femiscara. brings up the bloody question how they have kids though.

  • @calleyne90 -_- my life is a lie

  • HawkGirl!?! an ANGEL!!!??!!!! yeah rite. thats lyk saying batman's a virgin

  • So... aside from the lasso's ability, what difference did unlocking the full potential of her armor make?

  • @carsonnik She doesn't sweat? I don't know, this episode was retarded on so many levels.

  • @DamienZshadow

    care to explain why?

  • @Passions55 Aside from unlocking her armor doing so little, the world of Hades is Greek mythology yet the demons inside appear to be aware of Christian mythology when they saw Hawkgirl's wings.

  • @carsonnik well, if you really must know.

at the start hawk girl said that she (hawk girl) is better at kicking ass, and in the end, WW said that she can hit harder, so there, the power-up'ed armor made her a better ass kicker.

  • 3 hours later Hippolita was killed by a thunder

  • At least Hades is trying to be dad, sort of i guess, unlike Supes....

  • They can fight, but can they make a sandwich ?

  • Who's protecting the fucking kitchen!?

  • Wonder Woman is half Greek Goddess/ Princes/ Heir to both throne of hell and an Empire.

BATMAN SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO TAP THAT ASS!!!!!

  • it irritates me that hawk girls wings DON'T flap!

  • Odd that Hawkgirl would even know about Christian Angels of the post 1500s. Prior to the dark ages angels never had wings. They picked those up in the dark ages mostly as painting Greek gods was borderline heresy; so painting Nike would have been in "poor taste". I found it odd they just didn't assume she was Nike.

  • I'm happy at this point, HG and WW are beginning to reconcile their differences. They kick so much ass together.

Though I must wonder the truth of Hades' claim about being WW's dad. Does kind of make sense, especially considering she comes from a big messed up family - and so does he.

  • In this episode, Justice League totally passed the Bechdel Test

  • Wow the angel scene of this was fucking awesome. Hawkgirl rules.

  • @WarrantsSG -- Maybe she's secretly a masochist....?

    @xFireChickx1 --Wayne Knight as Abnegazar.

Nice references to Dante here--a pit of fire, a frozen waste, a twisted black forest of thorns...I wonder what Hawkgirl would think if she were told she was standing ankle-deep in a river of blood.

There were bird-women in Greek myth, but I wouldn't be the one to call Shayera a harpie to her face.

  • So what happened to Tala?

    This episode fails!

  • You'd think that in the Pit of Tartarus the books would have some kind of fireproofing...

  • lol I thought that guy steped on Wonder Women at 0:14

  • No angels in Greek myth, Hawkgirl. I'd say you're a Valkyrie, it'd suit you well, but that's Nordic myth. You are Hawkgirl and we like it that way!

  • i could have sworn wonder womans mom hair was black and her mom said she could leave not banished? very confused here

  • faust had wonderwomen tied up and all he tried to do was step on her....

  • Ok, I was a Greek mythology buff back in the day, the Underworld wasn't Christian Hell. It was for all dead. There was a place for the neutral, the place for the blessed and a place for the damned. Tartarus was an endless pit where the Titans were cast into

  • @johnadams8000 Yeah, also Hades never was evil. He was actually one of the gods who did the least silly things.

  • @Theokal3 And by that you mean the only god who couldn't get laid unless her raped the daughter of Demeter and trapped her in his domain for 3 months out of every year for all eternity which causes so much despair to her and her mother that we have winter.

  • @Stairc O pleaaase, Zeus "raped" like at least TEN girls that way, and he's the KING OF THE GOD!!! Hades didn't actually raped her, he just kidnapped her and it's unclear if she agreed or not; And Demeter didn't cause Winter cause she was depressed, more because she was pissed off and wanted to manifest her protestation.

  • @Theokal3 Lol, yep, Zeus was nuts. They all were. But Hades wins the prize in my book for, "biggest dick move". And don't you think that if you nee to trick a girl into staying by feeding her three pomegranate seeds so she has to stay three months in every year... that it's kinda against her will?

  • @Stairc lol, you're right about that. But as a matter of fact there is a version where she was aware about that yet eat the seed anyway. Depending on interpretations I guess. My own idea would be that she was forced initially but came to actually love him later, since she seems to get along with him pretty well. The funny part is that Theseus and another guy tried to take her from Hades, and as you guess, that didn't go well for them. Poor Persephone^^'

  • @johnadams8000

alot of the characteritics of the Christian hell came from texts describing Tarterus, such as fire. In early description of hell never mentioned fire. You have to remember the catholic church sprang from the ancient Roman empire which in turn had strong grecian influnces. But you are right that the underworld was made up of three parts The land of Shadows (neutral) Eliysian Feilds (rightous) Tarterus (damned)

  • why did faust banish wonderwoman and hawkgirl to the same place hades was if it was so easy for them to free him and come back? O_O

  • @prinny081 Just because he's a genius ancient wizard who's been planning this for centuries doesn't mean he's...

Okay yeah, no excuse for that slip-up.

  • Those poor books. ;.;

  • If this at all fits into any major continuity, I know who Diana's father is, it's actually a cross between Demeter and Zeus. If it conflicts with the mainstream continuity I understand but in the DC Original Film Hippolyta forged her out of clay and Zeus gave her life. If it makes sense that Demeter, Goddess of the Harvest, has dominion over the earth. I mean there is also the Titan Gaea, but, that makes things even more confusing. Learn Greek Myths before any reply other than Diana's real birth

  • pushing the star button unlocked the full power lol

  • I never noticed but Marie Canals Barera is the voice of shyara

  • I am deeply hurt since my name is actually Faustino.

  • @faustrocket565 -- Be honored. Yours is a very famous name. In the Christopher Marlowe play, Dr. Faustus was a learned but dissatisfied man who sells his soul to the devil to learn the secrets of the universe. It's perhaps one of the most controversial dramatic pieces ever written.

In "Time: Warped" Batman muses that in one of the timestream changes Diana either never left home or was never born. Strictly speaking, according to this episode, she wasn't "born" at all.

  • @HaggisMcCrablice you're right,I do like how unique my name is since there's not a lot of people familiar with it.

  • episodes without superman or batman just suck.

  • flash is still the stud =)

  • Hades: Wonder woman, I am your father.

Darth Vader: Ehi! You stole my line!

  • @giacomopippopino giacomopopopino IS Chip Chipperson.

    Proof? that hack comment.

  • So Hades is Wonder Woman's daddy? :o

  • "You're all sweaty" HAHAHA!

  • sounds quite wrong in part 1 when all the magic ppl are suffering, and then u hear zatanna.

  • you gotta love the sarcasm on that demon

  • the juggernaught they just stole gets taken over by someone on the "inside" then gets destroyed :/ well Kadmos sucks

  • THAT DEMON THAT THEY HAD CAPTURED WAS THE TRAITOR FROM 300

  • @TRUEBLUE2053 No, it was the fat guy from Jurassic Park.

  • @TRUEBLUE2053 his name was Ephialtes wrong guy

  • hades vs darksied

  • Can someone please tell what was the episode when Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl fell out, the reason why they stopped liking each other in the first place. I never saw that episode!

  • @JasmineLeeMarone It all happened in Starcrossed. (Season Finale of Season 2) Hawkgirl was a spy from her planet Thanagar and never told the League. Then the Hawkpeople are going to destroy Earth because they want to live. And thre League thinks Hawkgirl was apart of this, and so she lost their trust. But Hawkgirl ended up helping save Earth, but lost Thanagar.

You can watch the episode if you want to understand more. :)

  • @JasmineLeeMarone

it was the last one on the Justice League.

  • u knoiw from part 1 those thingies comming out of tartarus gave a whole NEW meaning to all hell break lose........sorry its flash's influence.....love that guy <3 he and john :P

  • lawl I like that they gave these two a female version of Batman-Superman relationship.

  • lol i love it when shaira pretends to be an angel.

  • Hades is a god, shouldn't he be able to smite Faust or something?

  • @rattycat13 Faust is also a supernatural being

  • This one makes the Task Force X episode kind of moot. They go through all that trouble to get the Annihilator just to have it highjacked by Faust and destroyed.

  • Wtf? in the first part they say that Hades is the master of tartarus, but that's not true, Hades is the master of hell

For the people who don't know, tartarus is like a giant pit/crevice under the earth, and hell, it doesn't exist but if it does it would be in the earth layer around the dept of the lava

  • @SnakeMonkeyKing In Greek Mythology unadulterated, Hades ruled not Hell or Tartarus alone, but the Fields of Aspodel, Fields of Elysium, and the Isles of the Blest. He was the master of the Underworld and the god of wealth and minerals of the Earth. To say Hades' name was to evoke death upon the individual

  • @SnakeMonkeyKing Hades is the RULER of the UNDERWORLD. And KRONOS was cast into the pit of TARTARUS.

  • can someone tell me the episode thats called where wonder woman meets hawkgirl please respond

  • @MrXgpower3 Its the very first episode of the Justice League, number one season one.

  • HA kitchen refrences at the enddddd typical women nyanyanyanyanya~!

  • hades no I dont like how they make him why well have you seen god of war 3 is about gods and hades apiers there and hes increrible nothing compares to hem buy the game or see the gameplay on the computer put kratos vs hades and you all see the best figth ever and is not a lied..;)

  • @tehnoelectro2011 agree they made him look like an asshole. he is one of the most powerful god in mythology. he can take down anyone from dc if he wants to. he is a god not a hero.

  • Flash: I had dinner with two women at the same time, cuz i'm a stud!

  • I thing you dont read your comics the wings are artificial they are a product of their technology created for they wariors just like experiments on Earth with new prosthesis and implants the are powerd by the own energy source not by muscles.

  • anyone else notice how hawk girl/shyera flaps her wings like once, and then never again. lol

  • if those are the gates then how does the dead get in?

  • Hell ain't shit! I got an Nth metal mace!

  • Soooo if Diana really is Hades' daughter, does that make her like a demi-god/dess?

  • "That's right, I'm an angel. You can mess with me if you want, but you don't wanna mess with the boss (Points upward)."

  • @DarthRevak Because the greek demons are totally catholic.

    Wait...

  • @Stairc The DC universe tries to incorporate all faiths and all religions in order to maintain, ironically, The Balance.

  • @Scoonertuna Or they just mixed them up and got confused. It's one thing to have multiple religions. Another to inject some random catholicism into orthodox greece.

  • @Stairc Yeah, Roman mythology coming to mind?

  • @Stairc Greek demons: Wait a second....you mean she wasn't an angel?!?! -_-

  • @Stairc Zeus?

  • @Da1UHideFrom Zeus didn't have angels. At all.

  • @Stairc I know that, but doesn't mean she couldn't be referring to zeus.

  • @Stairc Plus they are mixing Ideologies.

  • @Da1UHideFrom The whole point from the beginning is that they were mixing ideologies which have nothing to do with eachother and wouldn't make sense in context. Trying to inject Zeus having angels is just as silly as having the greek demons believe in the Abrahamic god to begin with.

  • @Stairc lol come on guy, we're talking about flying hawk women and spirits possesing magic armor and you think demons believing in god is silly? It not real, let them mix all they want.

  • @Da1UHideFrom There's a difference between consistency in world-building and accepting the rules of the world. It's the premise of the DC world that the orthodox greek myths are true. However, this gag isn't consistent with the reality of the world. Tell me that a man can fly and is weak to shiny green rocks? It's silly, but I'll accept that as your premise. Then have him randomly be weak to toothpaste instead for one episode with no explanation and you shatter your consistency.

  • @Stairc This is why I don't like many shows made in America...every single time a Greek, Roman, Egyptian, or other storyline is made in america, if it has its own religion and mythology, it is always perverted by catholic or christian ideas...bah...disgusting...

  • @DarthRevak As a Christian, I LOL my head off at that :D

  • Truthfully, I don't think Hawkgirl and Wonder Woman ever really like each other. I think they both tolerate the other.

  • @GeeWheeBaby

which is sad. The only two incial females in the group and they don't get along. How typical of the stereotype that women are just vindictive, competitive and catty with one another and lack the comraderie that men have with each other. Thats why I didn't care for WW in JL. She was at times petty. I would have thought as an Amazon raised with women she would have had more comraderie with HG and be above such petty stereotypical female behavior.

  • Hades and Hipolyta both "made" Diana together, thus her father being Hades!woo-hoo, i HAVE to fid the episode "Paradise Lost" because thats where they explained it all.

  • @MissAunitaBell wonderwoman is the devil

  • @MissAunitaBell Theres lotsa interpretations of how Diana was made. Her father is not Ares/Hades though.

  • I loved the throwback to the original comics. The three demons. Originally, that chapter was when we learned that Superman is weak to magic, I believe. If I'm wrong, then someone please tell me. I like to be as accurate as possable.

  • why do wonderwoman and hawkgirl dislike eachother?

  • @onemisterfranko That story dates back on Justice League finale. Hawkgirl, as it turned out, was a spy of the Thanagarian forces who sought to invade or destroy earth. So that kind of made her a traitor. Thus, Wonder Woman disliked her. Hawkgirl just reciprocated the feeling.

  • @khevinmark I remember that episode, it's been awhile so I forgot the specifics. Thanks.

  • 0:14 Wonder Woman just got stepped on.

  • So who is wonder woman the daughter of??!?

  • @ja9ch15 hypolita

  • @ja9ch15 Wonder Woman is the daughter of Hippolyta, the queen of the Amazons.

  • @ja9ch15 Okay, I just got what you meant. Technically, she's Hippolyta's daughter.

  • you got the underworld? And the name Diana is Latin (the roman equivalent) to Hera! So technically Wonder Woman is Hera! It would have made MUCH more sense if the Goddess was Artemis and all those 'amazons' were just her maidens. Still powerful immortal and kickass, actually more than if they were under the goddess of stay at home moms, (Artemis = Goddess of the Moon and the Hunt) seriously WTF DC?!!

  • @SillyNerdify The Roman equivalent of Hera is Juno and the equivalent of Artemis is Diana.

  • @Steve17010 Oh yea... oups sorry i was always more into the Greek aspect, and I sometimes mix it up... anyway....

  • Oh how the Wonder Woman story grates my nerves!!! Hera is not a warrior! She's the Goddess of Marriage (why did she sleep with Hades?!) Motherhood and family! Amazons are a totally different mythology, she's married to Zeus (who is adulterous pissing her off ALOT) and the underworld isn't all demons and hell crap! There are good parts too for those that were good in their life! Hades isn't a bad guy, a tad resentful sure, but how would you feel if your two brothers got the sky and the sea and

  • Somebody explain to me why Faust uses his magic to send the heroes to where Hades is imprisoned? That's kind of a dumb move.

  • @dhx84 He thought they would receive the same treatment as Hades did?? I guess he was too busy looking for his "ultimate knowledge" that he forgot to chain them and feed them to the Vulcans lol

  • @dhx84 shows how much books can make ya do dumb things... ;)

  • @dhx84 He didn't care where they went he wanted to read

  • i just noticed how does hawk girl fly because i haven't once seen her flap her wings like she didnt flap them when she flew up to fly with wonder woman

  • Hades has a camel role on JLU as well? Why doesn't Kratos get one too?

  • @garamoth7 i think kratos is outside DC's jurisdiction

  • @garamoth7 Kratos wasnt an character on the greek myth only in the game .god war

  • "Yes, i am an Angel, now flee before the boss man gets angry"

  • that was the most crappest episode ever

  • I really hope Diana and Hawk girl gets along after this.

Seriously, I want them to get along well come on, Diana was too mean at the beginning. btw, i thought hawk girl name was 'hot girl' at first and I'm like

why is her name ' hot ' girl? lol silly me

  • @Parkjisung91 Because she's a girl and she's hot?

  • But... everyone in Greek Mythology respects Hades. He's not a bad guy if you ignore the kidnapping.

  • @DeliriousGoomba Christian archetypes overlaid on Greek mythology. Trying to get the viewer to understand that tartarus was the land of all the dead and only part of it was for punishments in the afterlife is very hard without a lot of exposition. Making tartarus hell and Hades a Satan expy a lot easier to show the average cartoon watcher.

  • @agnus05 Sometimes she does.

but just like birds in real life, they don't flap all the time. Some just glide on the air currents and flap every now and again, then continue gliding.

  • "That's right.I'm an ANGEL"....

  • 0.0 diana hasn't heard the birds and the bees talk yet

  • "your mother n I sculpted you together" c'mon you don't even brains to understand that shit .. grow up diana :D

  • Awesome episode!

  • Hades Lord of the Darkness: No, I am your father.

  • nice

  • Wait ... Hippolyta invited them for a meal ... why are they flying away? :P

  • Imagine if hades ever teamed up with darkseid lol.

  • Alternate Ending: Wonder Women uses the Lasso on Hades

WW: Did you sculpt me from clay?

    Hades: NO

WW: Did you help create me?

    Hades: Yes

    WW: How?

Hades: Me and your mother did IT

    WW:NOOOOOOOOOO

    Hawkgirl: hahahahaha Sculpted from clay

  • Idk if im right or wrong for saying this but, i enjoyed Zatana in Agony, it turns me on.

  • So let me get this straight, HADES is almost beat up by a military robot suit.

  • @Dudevizz3 the suit was crafted by Hephaestus god of fire who was commanded by ares god of war to do so ; thus Diana said she knew the secret of the armor because she stopped it when ares was using it for its vile purposes. So in all fairness Hades would have lost to the armor because it was crafted by the god of fire and powered by the god of war

  • @Dudevizz3

No... lol. The suit was created by the God of the forge Hephatitus or something like that. And was commishened by Ares who sold it to mortal men a high grade military robot suit.. when in reality it was an almost industructable magical golem suit of war

  • A bunch of superheroes writhing in agony, a trip to the deepest pits of hell, and an immortal being eaten alive by vultures while chained to a rock in a pool filled with his own blood. You know, for kids!

  • anyone else notice that the demon dude is also dojo from xioalin showdown?

  • lol at the demons thinking Shierra was an angel.

"Oh you want to fight. Not in the mood."

  • Hey Artemis is also apart of the Amazons.

    "I don't feel like fighting"

uses magic on WW and HG

    " Darn lost my place"

I woulodn't have burn the libary tear pages in the books.

  • @Numbuh24Insane Not from what I recall. Artemis was the daughtrer of Zeus and the Titan Leto, twin sister of Apollo and Goddes of the Moon.

  • hippolyta and hades 'sculpted diana' together did they. interesting euphamism
