That was totally amazing. You are unbelievable gifted and you seem to have great personality too, which is very important in musician's career. I follow all your videos, work hard and make fanastic progress. Greetings from Poland.
PS. I think junior's GFA will be good chance for you in a couple of years.
@chepurociel620 Hi, thank you for your attention. I've checked your channel, you have a great taste in music so I appreciate your comment even more. My parents say first I should be open to the world, and I might shut myself to practise later, when I have something to give. I love competitions, would be nice to go to the GFA some day but I should save my pocket money for about ten years to get there so I'm afraid I'd miss the junior.
Hello Gergely! What a fantastic young musician you are! :) I came across your videos randomly, and am so happy I did. You have a great understanding of baroque phrasing already at such a young age. I was searching for music of Brescianello, as I'd heard a sonata for violin and baroque bassoon, and found your videos. I sing & play baroque bassoon in New York City. I'm wondering - would you ever consider learning lute, theorbo & baroque guitar? You would be amazing, especially on theorbo! :)
@jcbaritone Thank you for your comment, but I assure you, I wasn't phrasing, just played the music as it came. I've read that Brescianello wrote his beautiful partitas and sonatas for the barock guitar when he got fired from his post in Germany – I think his desperate mood makes these pieces more precious. I would love to play the theorbo and a lot of other instruments too, like the charango. Greetings,
Hi, Gergely, I started learning to play the classical guitar recently. If I can only play half a well as you one day, I will be happy with myself. I love this Christmas video. Sincerely, Sherie in California, U.S.
@sheriecy You are very kind, but I am only at the beginning of my studies myself, I know I have to work hard to play well. Good luck and lots of patience (I would do with more of that too) for your studies. Respect,
Very nice indeed. Brescianello is one of my favorites. You really mastered the gigue rhythm - the concluding passage is particularly well-played. Happy new year, my friend!
hi gergely......veeeery good ....i think my version is not better....your version sounds clear and straight,i like the tempo. mine is a little too romantic ....ii studied it not very well and recorded it as a lesson for a pupil. a compliment when you enjoy my videos.
Hi Gergely! Fantastic! Great achievement to play this Partita. I'm sure Santa will be impressed! I am!!! Have a wonderful Xmas! Seasons greetings to you and your family from sam :-D
