Slizzer i think was the one who really pioneered dubstep..hes been beatboxing as long has reeps one and i think slizzer has the real vibes of dubstep down with his basslines and technical percussion..where reeps one is kinda just down the same sounds all over the place...imo

@eperez660 Slizzer does dubstep very well, don't get me wrong, but he didn't pioneer it in beatboxing. Reeps was the one who really popularised it. Arguably there are people who are closer to what actual dubstep sounds like or who "do it better" than Reeps, but as far as who actually brought it to the fore front of beat boxing that is undoubtedly Reeps One.

@eperez660 Reeps did an interview back in 2008 in which he said he had already been beatboxing for 5 years. Slizzer also did an interview in that same year in which he said he had been beatboxing for 1 year and 9 months. That's more than a 3 year gap.

@eskimobbx thanks man, I wasn't saying its weird, I honestly think its quite unique how he uses more speed box in his technique, and yea reeps didn't create it but he pioneered the techniques. And yea I don't like main stream stuff but you have to do it when you want to teach people cause to a beginner a inward throat bass and stuff that I usually do would be too much to learn :) thanks for the nice comment though man and much love!

I wouldnt say that some peoples dubstep sounds weird, more unique x)

Anyway, what you have shown here, are the basics of dubstep, didnt like the throatbass and lip wobbles part, thats just mainstream, although i liked the part where u threw in some more personal stuff :D
