The topic that you speak on about us having Dæmons and such is awfully familar to the movie that came out years ago called The Golden Compass, where children were being kidnapped and having their Dæmons cut from them. Very interesting...and in the movie they were seen as guardian of it's host as well. The powers that be wanted to take away people's basic rights and make them slaves.
But an Individual that does this Internal/Spiritual Work to Understand his or her Shadow-Self, Demons/Daemons/Daimons is Actually much more Wiser, Resilient, and Powerful for Undergoing this Process. And SpiritTree41 is Exactly Right that the "hidden elite" do everything they can to convince people to cut people themselves off from their Power which makes them easier to Manipulate and Control.
I better make myself a little clearer for others that may be confused by my last post. If we look at this Spiritual truth from another perspective like Jungian Psychology than the Demons/Daemons/Daimons are like the Shadow-Self aka the repressed/denied parts of am individual personality s/he doesn't like about oneself. Denying the Shadow-Self or Demons/Daemons/Daimons doesn't make them simply vanish. They build in intensity and present themselves at the worst possible times (cont).

There's Night and Day on Earth, likewise the Brighter the Light the more Darker the Shadow so it stands to Reason the Demonic/Daemonic/Daimonic Entities Exist because they have Relevance and Purpose just as Much as the Light Aligned Beings.
