No it's obit if you read the manga you reload Tobi only has one eye but obito also has one eye if zetsu reconstructed it but the real cliff hanger is the hair but you know what Tobi's face was tainted on the right side of his face but you also have to consider that no one would have as evil a plan as that of Tobi's plan to control everyone with the rissangan eye together with all nine jinjuriki but anyway ya :)

im sorry but it cant be madara no one is immortal not even the sage of the six paths was he who was the strongest and the creator of all ninja also if obito did survives that bolder somehow it would make him the same age as kakashi and tobi looks to be the same age it would also explain why in the manga hes got his left eye as an uchiha eye and his right one as a sage of the six paths eye cause he lost his right uchiha eye( hint gave it to kakashi) so yep thats what i think
