how to convert avi movies to gif images *old*

easy graphic converter worked at first

but when i used it again for a different animation, it never saved it as GIF. i even double checked the output file. i checked it more than three times. i tried to convert it at least 5 times. i searched through my whole computer for the GIF files but it's not there.

my output folder stays empty.

i did everything you said, but for some reason i just couldn't turn the pictures in to GIF...it just stay PNG no matter how many time i tried to convert it in the easy graphics converter...why is that? is there a setting i forgot to set? need much help thank you.

On easy graphics converter

Go To Settings

then go to the box area that says "File name & path"

you have to set an output directory, like the folder that all of the new Converted files will be going to

i changed the directory to which the easy graphic converter puts the output files, now i can't find them! everytime i use it the files won't appear i've used the search option and changed the directory to desktop and i can't find it anywhere on there

when i try to open my avi video it gives me this error message and only the audio of my video appears?
