yes basically my friend is in the Army and he didn't have this also I find it funny how its the National Guard that does this and no one else catches on lol lucky us I guess
@playstation406 Yes, the National Guard sends their recruits who can't ship to BCT to this, the army might have a program depending on the state and region but mainly just the good ol ARNG.
