@THEIAN11 if it was kept in a cool place it is fine, dating is something that is not required but when a company does date it is more of a guideline so you dont take something 10 years old. products like probiotics and some sensitive gel caps and fish oils i would try to keep within the dates but creatine is not crutial to the dates. the dates are usually 2-3 years anyway on most products so a few months over if they are stored well are not an issue, also use grape juice or dextrose sugar (cont)

@Kobenator yes you can take it with anything, as long as you have some carbs in the shake that is. carbs give you an insulin spike and that transports the creatine into your muscles much better than if you use for example plain water. Grape juice or dextrose sugar is ideal to take it with but a protein shake with carbs is good as well thanks
Rick, how many times should you do squats per week? Im thinking 1x per week as my legs seem to take this time to recover fully. I do the suoer nox II before my workouts & 5g of creatine post wkout.

Rick you are right I think a loading phase is not needed. Take 5 grams a day on a off day and 10 on workout day. And yes every 8 weeks of so go off it for a week your two.

@veilofpaya it is more for quick sprints than long distance it is a back up energy source for ATP and will help with recovery and is a lactic acid buffer, it is not the best thing to take if you are dieting, get down to the weight you want then use it to put on a few pounds

@Kobenator yes you can take it with anything, as long as you have some carbs in the shake that is. carbs give you an insulin spike and that transports the creatine into your muscles much better than if you use for example plain water. Grape juice or dextrose sugar is ideal to take it with but a protein shake with carbs is good as well thanks

Rick, how many times should you do squats per week? Im thinking 1x per week as my legs seem to take this time to recover fully. I do the suoer nox II before my workouts & 5g of creatine post wkout.

@MYP90X2011 the wrong carbs will make you fat like sugars but the one time you need carbs for recovery is post workout . the rest of the day if you are trying to stay lean restrick the carbs, and in a pre workout drink you are only doing 20 grams of sugar to absorb the creatine and get an insulin spike so it absorbs better and you burn that up as a quick energy source in no time, its not like you are drinking a quart, just a small glass is all you need pre workout

@corvettedog i dont know that product but 2 caps is 5 grams? i dont think so that is 2.5 grams each cap, they dont make a cap over1.2 grams, so it must be 4 caps at least for 5 grams but anyway no that is not to much, i would also follow the label on how to take it, try our Millennium Nutrition 500 grams it is as pure as they get and its only $27 and lasts for 2 months

@decisionvida you can go about 8 weeks then take at least 2 weeks off, when you say 3 times a week how much each day? if you are doing 5 grams a day you dont really need to cycle off but if you are doing 10 grams on these days then do like i said 8 weeks on and 2 weeks off will be good

Rick you are right I think a loading phase is not needed. Take 5 grams a day on a off day and 10 on workout day. And yes every 8 weeks of so go off it for a week your two.

@universalmanchild i have it and we sell alot of it but i am personally not a big fan, i think it is a marketing hype to re invent the wheel and make more money. heres the deal when i sold creatine when it came out 300 grams was $100 then as everyone made it the prices plumeted you could now get 300 grams for $10. so that means for the manufacturers there is no money in it, so they then try to find ways to re make it to make more money and i think iti is hard to re invent the wheel. @veilofpaya it is more for quick sprints than long distance it is a back up energy source for ATP and will help with recovery and is a lactic acid buffer, it is not the best thing to take if you are dieting, get down to the weight you want then use it to put on a few pounds

@harrowlow Yeah you dont need loading for creatine, all it does take effect on your body sooner, but the downside is that it stresses your kidneys. Either way creatine will kick in without loading.

@DiezelL0zero no it is not wrong a slong a syou dont go in the gym to full, you want to go in almost hungry so you dont cramp up, it is hard to digest food and then work out hard, after workout you need to do a good meal with 2 carbs to 1 protein and creaitne again if you want for extra recovery

What exactly should I take my creatine with?
There are these twins on youtube (twinmuscleworkout) that say that when you take it with water, you'll just piss it out and waste it. They say grapefruit juice is great.
But on most bottles it says; take creatine with water.
What do you think?

@Xeando you dont piss it out taking it with water it just does not absorb as well as when u take it with a sugary carb cause the insulin spike you get from the sugar transports the creatine into your muscles much better than just using water and if your label says take it with just water then it must have sugar already in it! so read the label! if there is sugar you can use just water next time buy a good no sugar creatine like our Millennium Nutrition 500 grams it is $26.95 and lasts 2 months

Banana is a good source of carbs and I would recommend keeping away from white bread..it made me sorta fat for a while but now I'm good again cause I stopped eating bread and rice..but again if you got a fast motabolism u can eat whatever the fuck u want u lucky fuck:D I have to watch what I eat:$

I got some Creatine here and the dosage says 1 scoop (43g) to 250ml of water! is this wrong? That's a shit load of creatine to a very small amount of water. It's like soup!! You're opinion/help would be appreciated cheers :)
