@dukee155 I'm under the impression that because it took over a year longer to come out on the xbox, the team in charge had something to prove (as far as the original xbox's capabilities). Take a look a the original Xbox version of San Andreas (which was released almost simultaneously with the ps2 version and compare it to the ps2 vs. xbox release of GTA III. San Andreas on the Xbox didn't look any better at all on the Xbox. It seems the developers spent more time Vice City and GTA III for xbox.

Claude Speed is from GTA2. The character in GTA III doesn't has a name (it was supposed to be you) but in the game script they refer to it as just 'Claude' or 'Fido'. I call him Claude. He does look a bit like Claude Speed in GTA2 The Movie, but since GTA2 is taking place in the future (2012), it can't be him.

wrong pc graphics and game play rules you can change graphics cards update them make them even better than ps3 and xbox360 plus online play free you can also change prossecers and motherboard of the pc and put better ones in pc you can make it as power as you want think before you say that lol

you dont know anything do you? you cant magically increase an old games graphics by upgrading your card... oh look, i made gta look like crysis, the pc is the best cuz it can be modded and its capable of more, but the reason for me saying that comment is because the xbox version of this game was made last so they made the cars better

I remember getting this game for xbox and it looked amazing. My friend had it for ps2 and he was all jealous. Better graphics, smoother gameplay, and custom soundtracks. This game was great!
